Sentry SMS
Sentry sends automated SMS notifications (post-call summaries and service alerts) to business owners who subscribe to the service.
- Users opt in by providing their phone number during Sentry signup at sentry.stridesystems.net.
- Message frequency varies based on call volume (typically 1-10 messages per day).
S1 SMS
S1 sends automated transactional SMS messages tied to actions inside the user's authenticated S1 account. Examples include:
- Verification codes.
- Transactional assistant replies.
- Workflow summaries.
- Reminders.
- Confirmation prompts for actions the user initiated.
S1 users opt in by signing into S1, entering their phone number, agreeing to receive transactional SMS from S1, and verifying the number with a one-time code.
Common SMS Terms
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact support@stridesystems.net.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS program with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that program. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for unrelated third-party marketing.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
